Cancellation Policy

TEMPO FC - Club Policy 1. Membership & Registration All players must complete the online registration form before attending sessions. Membership is based on a monthly subscription, which grants access to one session per week. Players are assigned to training groups based on age and ability. 2. Payments & Fees Payments are taken via direct debit on a rolling monthly basis. The subscription covers 4 or 5 sessions per month, depending on the calendar. Fees are non-refundable unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., long-term injury, relocation). Any failed payment must be settled within 7 days to continue participation. 3. Attendance & Punctuality Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts, fully prepared. If a player is unable to attend a session, prior notice should be given. 4. Player Conduct & Expectations Players must respect coaches, teammates, and opposition at all times. Disruptive behavior, foul language, or disrespect will not be tolerated. Players must wear appropriate football attire, including shin pads and boots suitable for the surface. Parents/guardians should support positively and not interfere with training sessions. 5. Health & Safety Parents/guardians must inform coaches of any medical conditions or injuries before training. Players must bring their own water bottles to sessions. TEMPO FC is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. 6. Cancellations & Termination Memberships can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current month. The club reserves the right to terminate a membership due to misconduct, late payments, or failure to adhere to the policy. 7. Weather & Session Cancellations Sessions will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the coaching staff. If a session is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement session may be arranged where possible. 8. Photography & Media By registering, you consent to the use of images and videos for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify TEMPO FC in writing. 9. Contact & Communication All communication regarding sessions, cancellations, and updates will be sent via email or SMS. Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
