Welcome to TEMPO Football Coaching!

Before you proceed to enroll your child in our football training sessions, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions carefully.

Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling your child to our sessions, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TEMPO Football Coaching. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Eligibility: Our football training sessions are intended for children aged 6 to 16+. By enrolling your child, you confirm that they fall within this age range. We reserve the right to verify the age of participants.

Subscription: TEMPO Football Coaching operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the specified monthly fee for your child's participation in our goalkeeper training sessions. Payment is due at the sign on day of each month and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 6.

Session Schedule: We offer weekly football training sessions at specified times and locations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your child attends the sessions for which they are registered. TEMPO Football Coaching reserves the right to make changes to the session schedule, and we will notify you of any changes in advance whenever possible.

Code of Conduct: We expect all participants, parents, and guardians to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful environment during our training sessions. Disruptive behavior, bullying, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in the participant's expulsion from TEMPO Football Coaching without a refund.

Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to TEMPO Football Coaching. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made after the monthly payment has been processed. Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of TEMPO Football Coaching management.

Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our participants during training sessions, TEMPO Football Coaching and its staff cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. By enrolling your child in our football training sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sports activities.

Privacy Policy: TEMPO Football Coaching respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Changes to Terms: TEMPO Football Coaching reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
